Check out Missy Eliott’s Graves’ Disease pictures. Rap artiste Missy Eliott has revealed that she suffers from Graves’ Disease. The disease is an autoimmune disorder that causes problems to the thyroid. She told the People’s Magazine,, “I couldn’t keep the brake down and almost crashed.””
Missy Eliott also said that she was not even able to hold a pen. The other symptoms like bulging eyes, hair loss, dizzying spells and mood swings which are symptoms commmon with Graves’ Disease were also present, she said. The singer had been into a regime of exercises that helped her lose 30 pounds. She said, . “My thyroid is functioning, so I haven’t had to take medication in about nine months. [But] you live with it for the rest of your life.”
